EDVIK Consulting Kenya Limited (ECKL) is an independent structural and civil engineering consulting firm established in 2019 with its offices at West Park Towers, Westlands, Nairobi Kenya. Our vision is to be the premier provider of quality, cost effective and client-centric structural and civil engineering services in the built environment. We strive to understand and meet our clients’ requirements as we discharge our duties with integrity and excellence while complying with all statutory and regulatory provisions in the jurisdictions where we operate.
Through its founding director, key staff and associates, the company prides itself in having at its disposal a combined experience of over 40 years of designing and managing a wide range of projects comprising of medium to high rise buildings, retail malls, power projects, bridges, water supply and sewerage structures, housing and related infrastructure works.
The company has specialist expertise in structural design, peer reviews and construction monitoring of structural engineering works for buildings and other structures associated with infrastructure. These include water sewerage, bridges, culverts, water reservoirs and power plant structures. The founding director Eng. Jonathan Mbui is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators UK and Kenya, and has specialist knowledge of managing construction contracts with a view to maximizing on opportunities for dispute avoidance and where required supporting dispute resolution through ADR mechanisms.

We have a network of other associate professionals that we can call upon to address capacity requirements that may vary widely depending on individual project needs.

Many have construction or contractor backgrounds but all share an enthusiasm for helping our clients achieve their objectives; be it through a traditional engineering response or a more innovative solution to save money or add value.
Our experts are primarily focused on structural engineering for buildings and related infrastructure works, as well as project and construction management.
